Contact details collected as part of ASAP membership records, paper submission, conference registration and/or expressions of interest will be stored in secure databases. The data will only be used for normal ASAP business and conference purposes and for sending you information about future ASAP activities. They will not be made available to any third party.

Information about payments made in relation to ASAP membership or conference registration will only be divulged to the parties involved. Payments to be made by credit card transaction will be processed through the National Australia Bank’s “Secure Internet Transaction System” via the bank’s secure server. Each transaction is private between the user and the bank. Neither the credit card number nor expiry date are provided to ASAP, they are kept as secure and private records by the bank.
